A habit tracker built on the assumption that people do not fail because they lack discipline, but because the habit was set up wrong.
Habfive holds five habits — not fifty, not "unlimited". Past five, a habit tracker turns into a to-do list and stops working. Every habit hangs off something that already happens, because a trigger is the part that makes a habit stick and the part most apps let you skip.
Miss a day and nothing breaks: there are two forgiven days a month, because the rule that actually holds is never miss twice, not never miss. Miss again and Habfive asks what got in the way, and keeps the answer. When the same obstacle wins three times, it stops asking and proposes a change — one tap: make the habit smaller, move it to a trigger you are already keeping, or drop the day of the week you never manage. Accepting keeps your chain, so taking help costs nothing.
After sixty-six unbroken days it offers to retire the habit and give the slot back. That is the point. A habit you no longer think about does not need an app.
No account and no sign-in. Your habits live on your phone and mirror to your own private iCloud, so a new phone picks them up — that is Apple's transport into your Apple account, not a service anyone else runs, and the developer cannot read it. Nothing else leaves the device at all.

Bir gün kaçırmak zinciri kırmaz: ayda iki affedilen gün vardır. Tekrar kaçırınca uygulama neyin engel olduğunu sorar ve cevabı saklar. Aynı engel üç kez kazandığında sormayı bırakır ve tek dokunuşluk bir değişiklik önerir: alışkanlığı küçültmek, zaten tuttuğun bir tetikleyiciye taşımak, ya da hiç beceremediğin hafta gününü düşürmek. Kabul etmek zinciri korur; yardım almanın bedeli yoktur.
Altmış altı kesintisiz günün sonunda alışkanlığı emekli etmeyi teklif eder. Asıl mesele budur: artık düşünmediğin bir alışkanlığın uygulamaya ihtiyacı yoktur.
Hesap yok, giriş yok. Alışkanlıkların telefonunda durur ve kendi private iCloud hesabına aynalanır, böylece yeni telefon onları bulur — taşıyıcı Apple, hesap senin, ve geliştirici oraya bakamaz. Bunun dışında hiçbir şey cihazdan çıkmaz.
